We absolutely recommend you bring plenty of paper products to accommodate large groups (Plastic cups & bowls, paper plates, plastic utensils) to ensure comfortable dining experiences for large groups and families.

Additional Notes:

1) This home does not have any bedrooms on the main level; all bedrooms require going up one flight of indoor stairs. The main level of this home also requires going up one flight of outdoor stairs to get to the front doors.

2) The home owners, Kacey and Tiffanie live in the area and are often available in person and are available via text or phone should you need assistance during your stay. It's important to note that the assistant manager of our business Premium Rentals respectfully lives on site in the completely separated basement of this large house with his own separate entrance that doesn't intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home. If your group is in need of a large portion of parking space, please contact us before the time of your reservation with questions or requests to ensure that we can accommodate your groups needs.
