Beautiful, clean and Quiet.
The area is amazingly quiet and full of shopping and restaurants, close to the highway that leads to downtown Boise. We love to cook and eat at home, this place had all the amenities that a family needs. We really enjoyed our stay immensely. Only advice is to be careful on the stairs as the rig can be a little slippery without shoes or socks on. Still a 5X all around.

The home is in one of the new development areas. It is very clean and comfortable. Safe and quiet area. Communication with the host was easy. Very responsive if contacted by cell. Would definitely stay again during future visits.

Convenient
This location is very close to the Idaho Ford Center so attending any events there is very handy. It is well situated to all main thoroughfares and in a clean safe neighborhood. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable! The kitchen is large and well appointed; except it could use a pair of scissors; the only drawback to this little condo is that the Living Room area is quite small due to the Futon Couch cutting the space in half from the Dining area. Good for two couples, but if three wanted to stay it could be a bit crowded.

Convenient Location
We really enjoyed your property and will likely use it again since it is located so close to family in the area. Very clean and well maintained townhouse. Easy communication with the property manager. The main floor stove-style heater was just the right amount of heat to make us comfortable. Loved having several TVs. Only a few suggestions: -A garage door opener would have been nice to keep us out of the rain and snow. -Hall coat hanger could be more securely attached to allow coats to be hung up. It doesn’t seem able to handle the weight of large coats without pulling away from the wall so we didn’t use it. -Listing didn’t mention that all dining seating was bar height. Hubby has replaced knees that couldn’t handle that height. He had to sit in the upholstered chair when he ate.

Great Townhome & Stay!!
This is a great townhome to stay in. It has absolutely everything that you need. The kitchen is well stocked and great to cook in. It has all that you need including some spices. The townhome is so........comfortable all the way around. Very quiet in the neighborhood and easy to access and very modern. The bed & pillows were great & very comfortable. We felt very much at home. We will use this again on our next trip to Idaho to visit our daughter. Thank you Andy for providing such a great VRBO. Greatly appreciated!

Stupidity on our part!
Very clean, great location, nice neighborhood, furnishings are comfortable, the ONLY negative part was stupidity on our part. Right when we were going to bed, we decided to put a load of laundry in. Well the washer and dryer are located upstairs next to the master bedroom. Not very smart on our part because the washer wasn’t the quietest washer we’ve ever seen, I mean heard. We got some laughs out of it. Anyway, the place is SUPER clean and we loved the neighborhood.

Perfect location
This place was perfect close to our friends and family in Nampa, and a short drive to Boise. I had no issues at all This place is very modern and they keep it clean. I love having the use of the garage as an option. The neighborhood was beautiful. I would feel totally safe about parking my car outside and neighbors were friendly. The next time I stay in Napa to visit friends and family. I hope that this place is available again.

Andy opened with communication that had me believing he expected the worst from guests…. Yet overall our stay was without complications. I knew at booking I would need a late checkout and requested that through messenger 4x. Eventually we arrived at late checkout, though understanding was lacking until departure. I was happy to pay minimal fee charged for the checkout we needed.

My husband & I brought our grandson to Nampa Idaho for a baseball tournament at Northwest Nazarene University. We chose this home as it provided a room & bathroom for us and the same for our grandson. We were happy with our choice. Also I was able to cook us meals. Every morning we walked the neighborhood. It was a nice “home away from home”. Our only negative comment would be with the City of Nampa. The road construction was crazy in Nampa. And I am not a fan of all their round abouts. I am guessing some locals aren’t too happy with them either as we found some drivers not yielding when they were required to do so. We were sent on detours for almost every destination we had to take.
