This home is located in Sunset Captiva, a small neighborhood with a well-maintained community pool, newly refinished tennis and pickelball courts, newer gas grills, and an easy, short walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful. I would note that the home itself is dated and there is some deferred maintenance. However, it was clean and the host was helpful and responsive. »

« The property was just as described. Everything was comfortable and decorated so nicely. Had everything we needed and then some. Was a quick walk to the beach. There is a place outside to rinse off all your sand, the owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!! Currently there is still so much devastation from the relentless back to back hurricanes. Please be respectful for those that lost so much. »

« We really enjoyed our time here. The house is in a great location with plenty of privacy. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks, and the closeness of the put-in was great. Well stocked with everything we needed - even a stacked washer/dryer. Has a homey feel as another reviewer said. There is a grocery store nearby and a good amount of restaurants around. We would both highly recommend a stay here. »

We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club.
