"Likes: well run and managed hotel: housekeeping, concierge, service, information, maintenance, food service, bar tending, drink and food prep, entertainment, beach area services, grounds keeping and Xmas decor were outstanding. Dislikes: inconsiderate guests, improperly attired guests for the venue, and people ignoring basic safety rules."

"top notch staff working at this property headed by victor....who surprised me by reckognizing me from a previous visit....who took the time to welcome me back and make sure i was happy....extremely professional....the bartending staff were excellent ramon-irvin- luiggi-alberto-nelson just to name a few of the bartending staff all were great making simple to exotic cocktails with PREMIUM spirits not cheap booze like other resorts.....most of the food i found delicious if you cant find something here that you like to eat your not hungry......the cleanliness of the hotel and grounds could not be better.....you could spend more elswhere .....but i dont think you find better resort.....the only thing i would like to see improvents are is more bathrooms.... a very common complaint from all patrons......more tvs in the sports bar with more networks so you can see the sporting event that you want.....it would also be nice to see their designated smoking area upgraded for us people who are ciggarette and cigar smokers.....9.6 out of 10 score for me ....thank you Riu Palace Pacifico"

"Amazing staff. Honestly was expecting mediocre experience but was very impressed. The ONLY thing I can compin about is that the walls/levels are super thin. Could hear children crying and what sounded like furniture moving around. Other than that, I would definitely come back here. "

"The place is nice, the staff are very friendly, the location couldn't be any better. The food is pretty good and they change it out. There was one waitress that was a bit rude. But other than her there were like 20 that were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. "
