"Perfect cabin for four (2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom)!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was really nice. We were super happy with the air conditioning with the heat wave that week. We spent the majority of our time at the pool, the kids loved the water slide. Getting to restaurants was around a 10 minutes drive. They do have a restaurant there but we didn’t try it. We would definitely stay here again."

"The cottage is story book. It is a destination in itself. Complete with charming timber features, shingle siding, windows everywhere (and a view of the lake), open beam ceilings, stone fireplace, hardwood floors, custom kitchen and appliances, and HUGE jacuzzi tub. The space is fully furnished with comfortable furniture that adds to the experience. "Views of the lake were spectacular and would come back for another visit. A few suggestions for the owner to consider, would be to upgrade the cable service to include premium apps like Netflix and Hulu so guests can login to their account and watch movies and shows. "

"We were in Reno visiting family for Christmas and wanted to stay somewhere nice other than a casino. The place is perfect for a couple. Historic property has been beautifully renovated by someone with a designer’s eye. I grew up in Reno, so I really enjoyed the historic memorabilia scattered about. We will be back. "

"Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !"

"I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10"

"This house was awesome for our family of 7. Plenty of sleep space, the kitchen has everything stocked so for our big meals we needed nothing. The beach being a walking distance was a major plus Since there’s no close parking for the beach! We seriously had a great vaycay full of fun memories! "

"Only now, with the email to leave the review, I learned that I had vip benefits. there wasn't any communication about vip benefits to me. the checkout time was 10am and when I asked if this can be extended they told me that 10:30 is maximum doesn't feel like vip benefits at all. this comment is purely about vip benefits s. the place I self is amazing."

"The condo was nice and clean and well stocked with pots, pans and everything one may need to cook a meal. The staff was friendly, the check-in and check-out were painless. The property has a nice private beach, a volleyball court, a playground and a pool with sauna. We would love to come again in summer. "
