ALL LINENS PROVIDED! We also provide a small amount of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and dish/hand soap to make short stays easier!
This sweet home has two bedrooms and one full bath. It is located 3 miles from Beaver Stadium (5 minutes with no traffic!) and less than 2 miles (2 minutes!) from Tussey Mountain.
The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and a cozy night's sleep! We are local and happy to help you find anything you might need while here.
You'll find coffee and add-ins plus to-go cups in the kitchen upon arrival. We've also left you a waffle station with toppings. Please help yourself!
There are NO STAIRS inside the home, so access is easy for all. (There is one step to go in through the front door.)
You'll love sitting on the covered back porch that is surrounded by a fenced in yard! Lots of outdoor games will keep kids (and adults!) busy outside, and we have lots of kid activities (books, coloring, play dough) for inside play as well.

We have lots of baby items to make your stay easier: high chair, pack and play, travel bassinet, and double stroller to name a few!

There is also a fire pit in the backyard as well as a gas grill.

living room: full size leather sofa/ futon, and fun chair that folds down into a twin bed!

great location
Dawn the host is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very quick response when i had a question. the only issue i had was the bathroom. it needs some attention. stopper in sink doesn't work. tub and shower need work. handle came off in my hand when turning shower on. there is tape around tub to seal the unit to shower and is coming off.

Great place to stay!
This was our second visit to this lovely Boalsburg home. As PSU alumnae, we enjoy returning to the State College area in the summer with our dog. During our stay, our evenings were spent in the backyard having dinner on the patio and having fun sitting around the fire pit. Thanks so much for being a great host!

Adorable house, 10 min drive to main campus. We stayed here so my step daughter could visit for college. We even brought our little pup and the enclosed yard was so convenient. It was an awesome stay!

Weekend Stay
We were in town for our son's golf tournament at PSU and this was a perfect spot for a family of five with 3 kids 13 and under. It was convenient to the courses, clean, breakfast was a hit, and we even used the grill for an easy dinner on one of the nights.

Clean, comfortable home. Easy check-in; check-out even easier. Host, Dawn, has made communication simple and straightforward. Home is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out in the back - decided to have dinner here both nights as it was so peaceful. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Loved our stay at Go Blue! We travelled to the area from 9 hours away, arriving to a house pre stocked with incidentals, and not having to run to the grocery store immediately was VERY helpful! The waffle station was such a yummy touch for our first morning! The yard is large, and has plenty of space for dogs and kids to run around! Minutes from Penn State….so a great bet for all things Nittany Lion related! Will be back to stay 100%!

Cute, well decorated home with all the amenities!
My daughter and I stayed while visiting for a competition at Penn State. The house is well decorated, beds are comfy, and there are lots of extras included (k cups, waffle station, comfy throw blankets). Our stay was wonderful-just like home! We hope to return the next time we’re in the area.

Great dog friendly bungalow
This was a great little house just a few minutes drive to Penn State. Big backyard for our dog to run around. A few things to keep in mind. Some of the rooms don’t have shades or blinds. I had to put towels in the bunk room for my daughter so she wasn’t so apprehensive. This is an older house and most of the rooms are in great shape. Updated(ish) kitchen and painted rooms. Nice floors. The bathroom needs some work/updates. I am a large guy, 6’3, and it felt like I was using a toddler toilet. This room just feels like it needs an update. Overall a great stay.

This place is cute and cozy, wonderful for children and grown up children as well. I loved all the cute thoughtful touches like the fire pit, mini tabletop fires, natural soaps, waffle and coffee station, and that countertop ice maker is pretty cool! Dawn was a delight to communicate with any questions i had and check in/out was simple... the fenced in yard was key! 1000% recommend.

My family had a great weekend. Very conveniently located just mins from PSU and close to local restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with a huge fenced in backyard that our dog lived. Will definitely look to book again on our next trip to PSU.

College move in
Dawn is a great host, i had a problem getting her massages through the app, so i called dawn and she answered very quickly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, its clean and has all the amenities u would need. She also offers waffle breakfast, which is great. We bring our pets and her yard is fenced-in, so we can let our dogs out without having to put them on a leash, very convenient. This is our second time staying there, and as long as our 2 kids are in college at penn state, we will be using dawns house.

Family Football Weekend
My family loved our stay here for a football weekend. Great location, very clean, excellent communication with Dawn, and the little extras were very much appreciated. The waffle station and to-go coffee cups especially after a late night arrival before a noon game! Highly recommend!
