"The check in process was very pleasant. The service was polite, fast, and accommodating when needing to change rooms. Changed rooms because my original booking was not ready. They were very quick to get me into a different room. New room was very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again! Loved having the balcony along the creek!"

"We LOVE Margaritaville in Gatlinburg TN. We come down about 3 times a year and always stay here. Our favorite thing is hanging out at the lobby bar with Sam and Jesse. They bartenders are awesome. So so friendly and make the best drinks. Live music is good and great atmosphere. It’s not a too big. Everyone talks and laughs like old friends! If you go in the summer they have a great pool too. It located in the heart of Gatlinburg and within walking distance to everything. We also recommend walking to Pancake Pantry for breakfast. Food and service is amazing!"
