"Had a great stay! Close to everything downtown. Clean and chic hotel. Customer Service was great! If you want to use their valet, you may get a better deal reserving that online through this app with your stay compared to paying onsite. Parking garage right next to it was inexpensive for the weekend though, so we used that & the street parking to park for free when the garage was full. Either way you’re taking a risk with those options. 😅"

"I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay to park in your parking lot . We are guests and I can understand charging non guests but not people who stay there . The vouchers for drinks was nice , however I asked for a Bloody Mary since that is a mixer drink but they refused to place anything else in it . "

"We loved the rooftop bar for drinks and food. We also loved our room...it's size and comfort. What we didn't like was the lack of parking, which was very inconvenient for us older folks, We also did not appreciate a $35 destination fee added to our bill. We have no idea of the purpose of this obvious junk fee other than to get an extra $35 from us."

"Palmera Inn had everything my family and I needed. Having a full kitchen was a bonus! The Loft unit is perfect with a living area and bathroom on main level and a bedroom with additional bathroom upstairs. It was perfect! "

"Comfortable hotel with a great location. The daily $38 'resort fee' surprised us a checkout however. At check-in I heard words like 'complimentary' and 'discount tours' as part of the stay ... but it turns out those complimentary things were all tied to the fee."

"The Best Western Savannah Historic District was located at a great spot and service was really good. Everyone was really friendly. We docked a star because our room didn't quite match the pictures in terms of how modern and fresh the picture looked. Also because, while breakfast was included, and while we did go down to breakfast about an hour before it was set to finish, there were really only hash browns, waffles, and sliced bread left to eat. "
