"Easy access to the room clean room nice shower.... Things I didn't like no complimentary breakfast as advertised online... Not enough pillows in the room... Having the room for more than one night and not being cleaned by housekeeping, also I think we should have gotten a discount for staying multiple nights and having to pay full price each time "

"Maids need to clean the edges of the carpet where it meets the walls, disgustingly dirty. Overall nice hotel and good breakfast, I had a comfortable stay. "

"I like the room size but the heating system was difficult to get a comfortable room temperature. I think the thermostat was not reading properly but overall this was a minor issue The staff was great, very friendly."

"If the beds could be softer, it would be a home run. I have family in Penn Yan and visit often. This hotel has the best view, nice rooms and fantastic staff. I just wish the beds were a bit softer."

"Everything was very good except the outside area was full of garbage at side entrance. We just had a few feet of snow so I am hoping it was just an oversight as the snow melted Breakfast was excellent. Love Hampton waffles!"

"The rooms are very nice, and comfortable. I like the bigger refrigerator . It could be cleaner. There were areas that needed cleaning . There was trash in the elevator that were not swept up until the next day. In our room, there were a few items behind the end tables not noticed . Due to the snowstorms , areas were not shoveled and hard to walk . The food was cold and not enough options. Overall it was a very nice stay , a very convenient location. "

"Our room and view of the city were very nice. But we found quite a few cobwebs. Could have used a good cleaning. Other than that, our check in was super fast and easy. Clerk was very friendly. We would stay again"
