"Fantastic stay. Sandra (the owner) was amazing, really responsive, and went the extra mile with my daughter, who loved feeding the animals. Setting and history of the building is incredible. If you are planning to visit D-Day beaches, British memorial and museum you could not pick a better location. Lovely little bakery around the corner too, which we walked to every morning. 5* without doubt, and we will definitely be heading back. "

"Camille was very responsive with communications leading up to the stay and Nicholas met us promptly at check in time which was very helpful and appreciated. The apartment is a short 15 minute taxi ride from the train which was convenient. The apartment is as described in the pictures and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is clean. "A great week spent at Claires quiet and tranquil village house. Ideally located for a visit to the WW2 historical sites. Deceptively spacious, clean and with secure off road parking. Local supermarket only 2km away at Cruelly. Proved to be ideal for us touring the area on motorcycles. A little investment in some comfortable furniture would make it the perfect holiday spot. "Lovely property! The bakery is unique lodging and was in an excellent location to explore Normandy. The walk into Bayeux was a bit long but lovely along a river. We visited the DDay sites as well as Mont St Michel by car. The owner lives in a large house on the property and was very welcoming and informative, though with no one present on arrival it was easy to follow directions to access the property. This is absolutely a great location to stay if you are travelling in Normandy by car. "

The other had hair in the drain and the garbage had not been dumped and a stain on the carpet. The breakfast was food, excellent croissants.
