"The staff were so lovely and professional especially the lady who gave us a quiet room. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The only issue we had was with the mattress. Not only it was very hard but all the springs were digging into my body. For the second night I asked for a topper and they kindly provided me with one but that didn’t help much either as all the springs were still prodding me. Unfortunately I have come home with an aching body. "
