"This VRBO home was booked for an offsite meeting October 7 to 9, 2024. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Mississauga but the inside of the home does not match the neighborhood. Definitely not what the pictures portrayed. The home is dirty and unkept in most rooms and upper/ lower floor. The beds only had a bottom sheet and a comforter with no top sheet or pillowcases. Washrooms were dirty. There was broken furniture throughout the home some being held with tape. The appliances were also dirty. "

"The house is amazing with updated furnishings and appliances. Although weather did not permit us to take advantage of it, there is a spacious backyard with a grill and outdoor seating. The house was fully stocked with necessities (paper products) and extras (shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, etc.). The location was close to the highway and made traveling to Toronto and Niagara Falls very easy. The owner kept in communication to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly highly recommend this property — it was PERFECT for our family vacation!"

"Stayed here with my family of 8 recently. The house was beautiful but the yard needed some upkeep. Weeds all around. The hot tub cover was torn and ripped. When we arrived, the temp of the house was set to 77. We figured out how to change the temp, but it took HOURS for it to cool down. Since there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, prepare to roast!! There did not appear to be any locks on several of the bedrooms I checked. One of the bedrooms upstairs did not even have doors, only see-through curtains for a “door”. Also, that bedroom did not even have a blind covering the window. The kitchen was missing several basics to actually prepare food, especially for a larger group. There were not nearly enough dishes considering the house sleeps 16 (I think 12 large plates total). We went out and bought mixing cups and measuring spoons (which we took with us). There were two of the tiniest trash cans I’ve ever seen for a house full of people. The mattresses were not great. Maybe it depends on what you are used to sleeping on but not comfy for me. Now on to the neighbors. We abided by the 10pm - 7 am quiet hours but were still scolded by one neighbor when we were in the pool for “making too much noise” in the late afternoon because the neighbor was trying to eat dinner. Funny the day before, the other neighbors with the pool behind were even louder but nothing was said to them. Overall we had a good time. The host responded in a timely manner with any questions."
