"Overall not a bad place to stay. Would book again if needed. Front desk staff upon arrival was accommodating (in handicapped and can’t climb stairs) he upgraded our room because I couldn’t climb stairs to one near the elevator. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Front desk upon check out was efficient but definitely didn’t seem to be a people person that day. Rooms could use some TLC. Furniture was decent. Should be better pillows for a king size bed. Not just 4 smaller than standard size pillows. "

"Our stay was Perfect! I am recovering from hip surgery and I fell in the bathroom in our room. I was unable to get up by myself. My sister ran down to the lobby to see if anyone could help and Tom from security was more than willing to lend a helping hand. If it wasn’t for him I would have needed to call rescue for sure. He was kind! I am so so grateful. I made sure to pass my gratitude to the front desk but it’s definitely worth mentioning again "
