"I had a broken bead tire problem and a front desk employee has a husband who processes tires. That was helpful. I propose that front desk tell guests about number of chairs and coat hangers in the room. They could mention that the microwave in the room is good for making the breakfast oatmeal hotter."

"We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window.
