"Overall this is a good place to stay. Huge home with lots of space to spread out. A number of things were marked broken or unusable in the house but that did not affect our stay much. This would easily be a 5 star with a few updates and repairs. "

"A very nice house, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Well furnished with comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen (my wife and our oldest son are accomplished cooks.) Close to Giant's Ridge, where we were skiing, and there are several nice bars and restaurants right along Broadway in Gilbert. "

"We had everything we needed. The pool table was a hit with everyone. The area just got about 7 inches of fresh snow the day before we arrived and we spent a day at Giants Ridge and the rest of the time just hanging out at the house. We enjoyed walking through the woods on the trails. Would definitely go back if we went to the area again."

"Spent a winter weekend with kids and grandkids, we loved the house. The large dining table was great for games and meals together. The bunk room was a huge hit, watched several movies on the big screen, played games, and all of the grandkids had their personal space. "This was the perfect spot for our annual cousins gathering...every thing we needed was there. The home was comfortable, cozy and the sauna and jacuzzi tube were perfect after long days on the snowmobile trails in sub-zero weather. We had fun as a group and although we like to move around every year to experience different places, we are definitely considering coming back to explore more of the Iron Range. Trails were great, and the people we met along the way were very friendly and welcoming! "
