We were a little surprised by how petite the apartment was but as we were traveling with our dog, this place seemed to be the cheapest dog-friendly rental available, and over all we had a great time! "Overall I would recommend this place.Highlights included the location and hot tub, while the proximity to the owner was unexpected.The place is very close to several hiking areas, parks etc so for a little vacation with my dog it was perfect. "This is a lovely studio on Tomales Bay. I happened to pick the wrong weekend to go as there was a king tide and major rain storm. Took away the dock and did some other damage. BUT, the place is lovely and exactly as in the listing and the owners and manager were very gracious and refunded the trip since was no power or water most of the time. So highly recommended and this was like a every 30 year event not the usual so do not be dissuaded by my weekend :) Otherwise Tamales bay is beautiful...

"It was just like it looks. I love all the seating like it's a mod hotel. The bathroom is nice, but the sliding door isn't flush and doesn't feel especially private.The only quirks I'd say is the front wall is glass cubes, so you can't cut all the light out, unless there was something that closed off the bedroom that I missed. However, this didn't bother me.And there is a neighboring unit, so if they throw something in the recycling on the other side of the glass wall, you will totally hear it...

"Great place for a long weekend. Walking distance to the beach and a great starting point when you want to spend a full day in Point Reyes national park. Highly recommend going to the Elk reserve in the North at the end of the day during rutting season. Check in instruction was a bit confusing as there are other "blue doors" on the parking lot. Instead, after parking, walk back towards the entrance and take the pathway left of the entrance. You will see the cabins along the pathway."
