"The hotel and staff were great. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Our main issue was with regards to parking. The night before our trip we got a text message stating that they could not guarantee us parking (even though you must pay a $25/night pparking fee on top of your booking) Its ridiculous to not have enough parking for your paying customers and it creates a whole bunch of unnecessary stress to your vacation. "

"Great stay! Our room was upgraded when we checked in which was fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The city view from our hotel room was awesome! We would stay there again if we were in the area. Very close to the University of Alberta hospital which is just a short walk away."
