"The tv doesn’t work and we ask them to fix it multiple time but they just don’t want to do it. The WiFi is average, there’s noise which makes it hard to sleep. The staff needs to be responsive. But other than these little things it’s a place that people should go and check it out! "

The room costs around $160 for a night and it includes breakfast, dinner, massage, and boat rider but don't get fooled by the buddle package. The availability of massage is limited. "The hotel does not operate under the name Rift Valley hotel but rather Caneth hotel although the company appears to be the same. The phone number does not exist. 5 of us booked 5 rooms individually and paid through hotels.com. When we arrived at 6pm they had no rooms for any of us.
