"We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

"We stayed at this property for two nights while traveling on our summer vacation. The property was lovely with the flowers and was clean. But my two major issues are: 1: the property was listed as a 4 bedroom, but only had three. There was a sofa bed in the living room (which we had to use), but there were no sheets for the sofa bed, except a flat sheet and we found an extra blanket. 2:the second major issue was the gps directions. No one wanted to leave! I kept finding guests wandering the garden, visiting the horses, being entertained by the neighbor’s cow, goat and chickens or basking in the sun by the pond. It's tucked out in the country but an easy drive to Lancaster and local attractions. Perfect hot tub and firepit time! The owners were very communicative and responsive. Loved the wine and coffee! "The farm was so beautiful! We had a farming experience. You could feed the cows and get the eggs. We rode on a tractor and in a motorcycle around the farm. We loved it! The room was great and the house gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious! We are eager to go back to stay again."
