"Attended open day so stayed night prior. Reception staff, particularly Kadrija, were very welcoming and put me at ease. The room was cosy and comfy. The leisure centre was very pleasant too. I really enjoyed the stay. To be very picky, I’d suggest dressing gowns for the use of the pool so it’s more comfortable getting to and from. "

"Lovely large room with a view of Stratford, comfy bed and pilllows and walkable distance to shops and places to visit. Only thing missing was a coffee machine! Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter. Staff were all very polite and helpfull. Would stay again but not in a club lounge room. The food there was the same every night and not to many people's taste. "

"From the first minute we walked through the door you could tell the hotel was a very special place, steeped in history and charm a truly beautiful place and staff were excellent, we only stayed one night but will be back again hopefully when the weather gets warmer I could imagine it’s even better when the weather improves in summer, breakfast was fantastic and you could see quality produce has been used , slight niggle, we wasn’t offered the option is poached eggs it was only when I saw others at another table, also the bathroom has a bit of dust over light fittings a mirrors"
