"Always wanted to stay at Statler and glad I did. Great room overlooking main campus and Lake Cayuga. Not subtle but still tasteful Cornell themed decor everywhere. Great brunch at Banfi and great cocktails and snacks in the lounge. Very helpful staff. Gym was small. Good enough for a run or bike ride but no room to do much else. Water bottle renewal option was unique. "

"This is the second time I stayed here. The best thing about this place is the location being just a 5 minute drive to Cornell University. The breakfast was good , and had a number of choices. The price was always right here. Cheap , not fancy , motel type . Had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. My only complaint about this place is, the outside doors that lead into hotel are not card locked. So anyone off the street can walk into the corridors at any anytime. Which raises security...
