"The check in went well the young man was very helpful and friendly. The first room I was assigned to did not have any heating, I tried to call the front desk on the room phone but it did not work. I had to call using my cell. The young man explained there was no maintenance after hours so I would have to change rooms. I agree and the second room did have heating.
