"Old, old, old. Doors didn’t lock to the exterior. Front door could be just pushed in it was so loose and old. Shower head coming out of the wall. Tub clogs and fills up. Ceiling fan had 2” of dust on it. Loose tile in the bathroom. The bed was the hardest worse bed I have ever slept in. And I was in the military. My back is still killing me!!"

"Front desk staff, dining room staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. We will come to stay again in the near future."

"Easy check in. Room is clean and suits my needs to come up and ride. Good spots to eat within a stones throw of the hotel. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it checks all the boxes. "

"This is a perfect place to stay in Big Bear! It’s right next to the lake and walking distance from The Village. Our room was super clean and nice looking. I also loved the way it was decorated. The guy at the front desk was really nice. I would definitely stay here again when I come back! "
