"Our pull out couch was covered in stains, one of our beds didn’t come with a comforter only a sheet, staff was helpful with getting more blankets though the next day. Huge draft in the door made the room very cold, there wasn’t any shampoo in the bathroom the bottle was empty. Staff was very helpful overall though"

"It's an older Motel. We had -8C (17F) temperature at night the heater didn't turn off most of the night. The bathroom door was damaged as was the rubber piece at the bottom of the door. No security chain on the door just the dead bolt. The towels are thin as they usually are in value Motels. The front staff was very friendly. Cameras every where. It's what is to be expected for the price."

"Our check in was quick and friendly, and the owner was great. The room was clean, and tidy. Its fairy bare bones, 1 soap bar 1 roll of TP. The bed and pillows aren't very comfortable, but i would stay again. It was a great price, and a reasonable walking distance to downtown. Upside, the property had a really friendly cat."

"This is falsely advertised as a hotel it is not it is a half ass renovated motel my comforter had burn holes and they would not give me new linen my room tv tv stand saw broken the room smelled clean but that was about it not comfortable at all and I was traveling with my kids it was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable staying I checked in but never stayed in Ben one night I would like a refund this experience was horrible and a waste of my time any money "
