The brick wall construction effectively minimized intrusive noise. The gas fireplace starts at the flip of a switch, was a welcome amenity on a cold day. A gentleman by the name of Mr. Khan, while shoveling snow, went out of his way to make my parking area hazardless by shoveling around where I would get into my truck.
