"First room had a window that didnt didnt close all the way. First floor and 26 degrees. They did change my room but the reason im on the first floor is difficultly breathing. Took close to 8 trips back and forth to get everything moved. Exhausted, good thing I was at a hotel."

"You can tell this family owned hotel has come a long way. The room was great. The hotel was fine the area it’s located in which is a little rough, but you’re well lit. My only concern was the amount of ice outside the front door . I said something about it when I checked in and at least salt should’ve been put down the next morning when we went out our older dog practically did the splits on the ice. It’s a real concern to me."
