Betchtel Park Tours and Activities

My son and I rented a room for three nights while renovations were being made to our house. When we arrived on Tuesday, 1/14, we were put in a room where neither the television nor the desk lamp worked. A worker tried three times to put in a new TV. Finally, I requested a room change. We were taken to the third floor, but the key we were given would not work. We were then taken to a third room with a King sized bed, while I had paid for two Queens. The staff seemed surprised that I could not "make okay" with just one bed. We finally settled into a fourth room and it was okay, although there were many noises in the hallway at night. Three times our key wouldn't work and I had to call down to the desk. I even needed to ask for toilet paper; no one ever came by the empty the trash or provide linens. In addition, most of the staff spoke Spanish and appeared to understand very little English. I speak some Spanish and I was able to make myself understood,but it did seem as if the front staff should have been able to converse in English.

Easiest stay we’ve ever had! 10/10!
