"It has clearly had updated that kept costs down. But it was very clean and the bed was good. The lighting and electric plugs were lacking, and the internet didn't work well. "

"Bathtub is big enough for 2 adults. Food options are great from the restaurants plus awesome adult gaming entertainment. The only downside is upon check-in there was an additional tax that had to be paid and the incidental deposit takes a long time to be returned. "

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. "This was a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable but was not the worst. The restaurant next door served delicious, creative dishes. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive to let us check in, around 6pm. This was not communicated well so we stood outside waiting in the cold for most of that time. They did provide us a late checkout as an apology but it just started the stay off...
