Flat with balcony in Baden-Württemberg

This beautifully and nicely furnished apartment is located in the Black Forest region in Bernau im Schwarzwald. It rests close to the Feldberg ski area and has a balcony to enjoy the views of the surroundings. A family or group of 4 can stay here in comfort.

The town of Bernau is located at an altitude of 900 m, 12 km southwest of the city St. Blasien. This apartment with its fascinating view of the wide valley and the Alps is in a quiet and sunny location on the edge of the village. In the high valley of Bernau, more than 100 km of hiking trails are there. Mountain bikers also find challenging routes here. Restaurants and supermarkets are at 0.2 km.

The apartment has central heating. There is a common sunbathing area with a barbecue and play equipment to enjoy outdoor living. In the garden, you have a pon and lovely furnishings to sit down relaxing. You can play table tennis and table football for leisure hours. A children's bed and a high chair are available. Parking is provided.

The apartment is conntected to a garden house which is around 8 square meters and has small fitness room with
equipment. It is accessible only in the snow-free months of the year.

Haus aus Holz, Strom manipuliert, extrem brandgefährlich! Außerdem gibt es in den Häusern keine anständigen Stühle. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, das Haus war sauber. Alles in allem ist es unverständlich, dass Belvilla seinen Kunden ein solch feuergefährliches Zuhause anbietet.

Das Objekt ist ein für die Gegend typisches Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was an der Innenausstattung der Räumlichkeiten zu sehen ist. Ansonsten für Kinder optimal, es gibt viel im und ums Haus zu spielen und entdecken. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung. Bäcker, Apotheke, Frisör, Sparkasse, Volksbank sowie gastronomische Einrichtungen vorhanden.

Waren voor het eerst in dit gebied, en hebben er geen spijt van gehad. De omgeving is schoon, rustig en alles is er voor de benodigde zaken. In een straal van 60 kilometer is heel veel te doen,colmar, in Frankrijk, basel, zwitserland, freiburg, duitsland, Schaffhouzen, Zwitserland,en meer leuke dorpjes in de omgeving, en alles in een uur aan te rijden om minder. Goede wegen en verbindingen. de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk, en kan over alles mee praten, en kan adviezen geven wat je al zo kan doen en wat er in de buurt is. Is er altijd om een praatje te maken met zijn gasten.

Une semaine reposante pour toute la famille. Un logement agréable, très bien agencé. Le propriétaire était sympathique. Le fait qu'il y ai des animaux (vache, cheval et poneys) à proximité à beaucoup plu aux enfants. Les cours de ski pour enfants sont vraiment trés bien. Même si mes enfants ne parlent pas allemand, ils ont réussi à progresser grâce à des profs très pro et en même temps très sympathiques qui ont réussi à leur donner confiance, super école de ski.
