It was clean, basic, same as the other Niu I stayed in. I prefer this brand of hotel because I know what I'm getting, they have decent soundproofing and only room card holders can access the accommodation part which I really appreciate as a solo female traveller.

Loved the breakfast. Fantastic! Staff cordial, place is friendly and clean. Location was difficult to get to from train station. The building felt like a hostel. Needed a working restaurant; had to go out for dinner and lunch. No English channels provided; at least a news station would have felt inclusive.

The strret in front of the hotel is a construction site, the floors are smelly, the sound system on the rooms was broken and the breakfast buffet was well sorted. On the other hand the staff is nice the rooms are pretty new and the hotel is well placed, everything you need is in reach.

Very small bedrooms. Deficient and very late cleaning. Ok stay but could have been better. Positive note is the location, very convenient near Potsdam Central Station and Trams.

It’s a shame a hotel like Niu have such a poor customer service. I got ignored at the front desk because the two guys behind the counter had to finish a very important t conversation about a shirt and when I interrupted them, they looked very offended.

Das Hotel scheint sehr neu zu sein. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Lediglich die Farbgestaltung im Hotel fanden wir etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, rot, grün und sehr viel schwarz wirken etwas düster. Das Frühstücksbuffet war top, frisches Brot, viele Tees, frische Kräuter, Ingwershot, wirklich sehr lecker. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt, wir haben von dort aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß abgeklappert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

Sehr freundliches Personal, ruhiges Zimmer, gute Matratze. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich dunkel, kleines Fenster, ein bisschen Deko an der Wand und ein bisschen ungemütlich. Aber war ausreichend. Großes Badezimmer.
