We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Eurostars hotel. We had an issue with the room at check-in and the staff was very efficient in sorting this out and offering another room, even before the official check-in time. All staff are super friendly and welcoming and really take their time to welcome you and answer any question. Nice and refreshing water is available on arrival. Good choice at breakfast. Swimming pool, although small for the size of the hotel, is very nice and clean. Very well located for transport and tours. Nothing to complain about. Excellent. Thanks for a great stay.

Housekeeping service was not good. The housekeeper didn't clean the room well, for example, they didn't clean the used cups/glasses in the room everyday, didn't keep refilling the daily coffee drinks and the necessary toilet paper/box tissue after we used up. Hotel is fantastic, nothing to complain about. Nearby you find few restaurants, supermarket and DM. Also very nice and big 3-story bookstore. Only point to mention is that as it is close to a train station is common to find homeless people around and a bit of trash on the surrounding area. Nevertheless I would stay there again.
