The staff were so welcoming and helpful and the facilities very comfortable. A luxurious aesthetic without being too poncy! "This was a wonderful apartment. Spotlessly clean and with the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel/apartment. I booked a slightly larger room (medium size) which had a wonderful little window balcony. They have thought out the layout very cleverly of the apartment. Easy to stock up on any items (coffee pods, milk or towels) from the basement store. And the lockers for luggage are such a great idea. I visit Berlin about once a year and will definitely book here again "

"We stayed in the executive room, very spacious but no city views. Generally not bad painting in some parts of the room could be of a better standing. Now something nobody comments on is the shower and that is a very important note, is very small could not move the shower head and my husband is tall, I am not but felt a bit claustrophobic and the shower curtain is useless, after shower water always accumulated in large quantities outside had to put a towel so to not slip."
