« The cottage was lovely! The azaleas and dogwoods were in full bloom. Just as cute and clean as the pictures. Lake Hamilton is a gorgeous area. Even though weather wasn't perfect, there was plenty to do: shopping, Gangster Museum, eating, and my favorite - sitting in peace and quiet and looking out at Lake Hamilton! Will definitely go back. »

« Stayed here April 2025. One of maybe 6 homes on a quiet dead end street with lake access in the back (dock). 15 minutes from Bathhouse Row downtown. 5 minutes from grocery and Walmart. Wonderfully furnished with lots of charm and carefully selected pieces. Could not get over the nick nacks and little details. Fully furnished kitchen with pots/colander/measuring cups/utensils. Microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, full oven, washer/dryer. Left us nice snacks and coffee. Game room....

« The house was cute and in a great location with little drive time to the historic district. Everything was very clean. Only downside was that it does get cold at night so bring extra blankets. Other than that I would definitely book this location again for another trip to Hot Springs. »

« This townhome was perfect for the three of us. The view was really cool because the main floor is well above the lake. The trees didn’t have leaves yet so we could see more of the lake and sunrise. Cute home and super clean! We cooked almost every meal- the kitchen was very easy to use. Our son enjoyed fishing and nearby trails. »

« Loved the coziness of this 1934 home on the edge of a quaint preservation district. Loved the fact that we could walk to many things including a hiking trailhead to West Mountain, some nearby businesses, and even the Central Avenue bathhouse row (about a 25 minute walk). Home was well-furnished, beds were very comfortable. »

« We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place. »

« Was great overall! Our stay occurred in the middle of a severe weather weekend in which provided a variety extra twists to our first time visiting Hot Springs. Host was very pleasant and helpful throughout stay. Only downfall to stay was the mattress had a minor sink in the middle. Apart from that, everything was clean, neat, and welcoming! Would give 9.9/10! Thank yall again! »

« The cabin is exactly as advertised, cute, rustic, clean and comfortable. We came for Hot Springs National Park, which was fun for a three or four day getaway, but the highlight was the cute little cabin. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and the place had plenty of character for a restored 1940’s cabin. The view is fantastic and just sitting outside in one of the numerous comfortable spots is relaxing. We also enjoyed taking the canoe out around the lake. The kitchen is well stocked...
