"In that apartment you can't sleep on the bed in the bedroom, it's horrible. Then he offered me another apartment in another location a little further from the sea which was better and bigger but had no air conditioning. I had no other option and so I had to struggle to live in an almost unbearable heat, of course I couldn't really sleep. I will never return. Very bad experience"

"The furnishings are a bit dated but overall the apartments are big and comfortable with a good balcony. The swimming pool is the best we have ever experienced catering for children and adults. It is huge and is thoroughly cleaned every day before opening including all the sunbeds being hosed down . Roquetas does suffer from high winds when the sea is not good for swimming so to have this wonderful pool is a bonus."

"Great location, good internet. Flat appears old and neglected. Needs a lot of tlc. On arrival, in the afternoon, had to drive 2 miles across town to collect keys from a coded key safe outside the agents office. No guidance on the security system and how to access garage or flat. Outside only one useable sun bed and 2 plastic chairs. The other sunbed looked unsafe, was filthy and had a dirty and stained mattress. The one other plastic chair was ingrained with dirt and paint. The patio door lock...

"The apartment was very spacious with everything you could possibly need, I would say it is the best equipped apartment we have stayed in. It was very clean and well presented the balcony was amazing with fantastic views. Ideally situated for a relaxing holiday but close enough to shops and restaurants. We hired bikes for the week which I would recommend as it was a great way to get around, the cycle Lane runs around 15k along the coast. Check in process was excellent I whatsapped when we were in...

"After a few difficult years it was a much needed holiday which lived up to all expectations. Apartment was very clean,very comfortable,a well equipped kitchen including hoover,cleaning products and sprays(polish mosquitos etc) . bedding and towels were plentiful. Both balconies equipped with outdoor furniture AND cushions. Jaqueline and Jose were excellent hosts and the welcome pack,inc wine, was much appreciated after our long drive. "Lovely hotel and area. Stayed as a family of 4, the employees throughout the hotel were lovely. The food at the buffet was good quality. Kids loved both the main and splash pool. They had an awesome Halloween display throughout the foyer, restaurant and one down the corridor which was lovely."
