"This was our first time staying at Hotel Yountville and it was a very pleasant surprise. The staff seemed very sincere in their efforts to make our visit as pleasant as possible. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and we were welcomed with a nice cheese tray as well as a bottle of champagne. I would happily stay here again! "

Great place to stay!

"We decided to take a trip to the bay and didn’t want to have to get up super early to get there. So we spontaneously decided to find a hotel closer to sf than where we live, a place to stay without an extreme price. I would say that the price for this room was reasonable for what we got. I looked at a lot of available hotels in the area and this one has some of the best reviews, which are all fairly accurate from our experience. The best were so much comfortable then other places we’ve stayed, sheets were clean, pillows were nice. Clean bathrooms, decent amount of towels, soap, lotion, etc. The people at the front desk were so kind and provided great customer service. I don’t know if this is an all the time perk, but we received a complimentary drink at the bar, and a complimentary appetizer. We didn’t end up using them because we were really tired but I thought that was a really nice. I do feel I should include this interaction, it has nothing to do with the hotel and its staff. So take this with a grain of salt. When we first arrived and were walking to the elevator, three individuals came out of the elevator, stoped and looked at us and just stood there. We weren’t in their way at all, they acted as though they had never seen a man with a beard and a girl with tattoos. Granted they were older individuals, but they wouldn’t move, we had to say excuse me twice before they moved. Supper odd. Other than that all other guests were friendly. We will be come back and recommend!"

Valentines weekend getaway

"The stay over valentines weekend was phenomenal partly due to the fantastic stay my wife and I had at the Napa Valley Inn. Quaint, elegance, nostalgia, and more.. This is a truly hidden gym. The staff was helpful, gentle and knowledgeable in assisting us. One staffer named Hope was amazingly accomplished in her customer service skill set as well as others in the way she made us feel apart of the Napa River Inn's legacy. Will be back if permitted. Thank you again. Anyone going will not be disappointed in the customer service and care that its presented to them 5 stars"
