Our group of 5 found this beautiful & spacious Sunriver home to be perfect for our needs. The back deck looks out to a wooded area. Lots of paths for walking or bike riding. Kitchen well appointed. Owners quickly answered a question we had. Definitely recommend this home.

Overall the home was as listed. Everyone loved it. The only down side was the inside of the home was 46 degrees when we arrived… it took 4 hrs for it to heat up to a comfortable temp.

Wonderful stay
We visited for the week of Christmas 2022 and couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in. It was clean and well-maintained and the home is unique and comfortable. The house was basically perfect. Even a decent guitar on the wall to play. Being on the edge of Sunriver is awesome as well as the proximity to the Deschutes river trail on mountain bike. Lots of thoughtful appointments in the house.

Great Cozy House
The property backs up to the forest which was a big plus. Very peaceful. I really enjoyed the office in the downstairs bedroom with windows out to the view. Made working a much more pleasant experience.

Family fun in Sunriver!
Our family with three grown sons, a daughter in law and two toddler grandkids, ( 3 and 5 years old )had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful and comfortable home in Sunriver. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and was well stocked with everything we needed for the five nights we were there. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling the least bit crowded. The location is absolutely perfect. We visited Smith Rock State Park, Benham Falls, Lava River Cave, a bike ride along the Deschutes river ( affordable bike rentals nearby) and downtown Bend. All are in close proximity to the home. We would definitely return and rent again!

A fun Spring Break week!
We’ve been to Sunriver 7x since we started coming in 2019 and this was our favorite house and location so far. Loved being by the national forest in the quieter north end of Sunriver. The large deck was awesome. We fully took advantage of all the trails to walk, run and ride scooters. The house was well constructed and quiet inside. Loved all the natural light. The bed in the main room was very comfortable. The layout worked great for our family. The kitchen was overall well stocked. Loved doing 3 of the puzzles that were there. I think our only complaint was we had issues lighting the cooktop - only one burner consistently lit for us. After 4 nights, we weren’t ready to go back to Portland and would definitely come back again!!

Perfect home for big groups
Our group (4 adults, 5 kids 5 and under) had such a great experience in this house. House was very clean. We loved having the national forest out the back door, the kids went Sasquatch hunting in the snow during the day and spent hours looking out the big picture windows to see if they could spot him. The house had anything you’d expect a vacation rental to have, salt and pepper, enough paper towels (though the Kleenex all ran out very quickly and we couldn’t find extra), all the kitchen essentials and even some extras (like a waffle iron). We were bummed that the fireplaces were not usable, that was probably the biggest downside. Otherwise, a great place to stay, excellent value and location, even had a highchair for our one-year-old. Would definitely stay again, especially in summer when the trails behind the house are more accessible and a fireplace wouldn’t be desirable anyways.

BLOOD stain/lack of cleanliness
I waited to write this review with hopes I could work this issue out personally with the owner, unfortunately nothing was worked out and there was no effort on the owners behalf. Writing a negative review sucks because not only am I taking a risk that it will get turned on me but I’m truly an individual who isn’t trying to ruin anyone’s lively hood. If the owner would have tried to make this right I wouldn’t be here sharing this review. Many parts of this home need some cosmetic TLC, the kitchen appliances were on their absolute last leg, but in the scheme of things I could have lived with that. What got me was the HUGE, fresh blood stain that went from the top of the bed, through all the sheets and down to the mattress topper. I’m sure anyone would agree that this would make you question if anything was cleaned at all. Unfortunately our stay wasn’t what we anticipated
