This beautifully decorate vacation rental home is the perfect landing place for your next stay in Sunriver.

Upon entering the home you'll notice the lodge-style accents, floor-to-ceiling fireplace and cozy furnishing in the open concept living space. Chill out in the living room and watch your favorite movie, or put your cooking skills to the test in the fully equipped kitchen with your family nearby in the adjacent dining room. Need to relax even more, head out to the deck and soak under the stars in your own private hot tub. This home has you covered.

When it's time to retire for the evening, there are 4 bedrooms to choose from. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an attached private bathroom, plus access to the hot tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds and bedroom 4 includes two sets of bunks.

Home owners have added Ping Pong and Foosball tables for some great family game night fun! Many upgrades in the home and lots of common area off the back deck. Very near rail road tracks so occasional freight trains passing can be delightful to watch!

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

Wonderful cozy house!
Great house in a perfect location. Layout was nice and 4 bedrooms is a plus! Only issue is no heat in garage, so if you go in winter you can’t really enjoy the ping pong or foosball as it’s too cold to stay in there.

The floor plan was great. Each family had their own wing of the house. There was plenty of room in the common areas. The deck could use some love and the bathroom doors don’t lock. Communication with Bennington was superb. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Sunriver every August and pick a different house each time. I can honestly tell you this will be our go-to each year. Perfectly decorated, super cozy and cute, all the amenities you could need for a stay away from home. This house by far exceeded expectations and we cannot wait to go back next year.

Was very comfortable and quiet!
It was really a nice place and not overpriced as some of the homes in Sunriver are. There were only a couple minor maintenance issues like the disposal not working when we arrived and some light bulbs out as well as the dishwasher jets being plugged. Other than that all was great and overall we enjoyed the place very much. It was a much needed break and we will stay again in the future! I will say the property management team was amazing! We had a maintenance person there 15 minutes after we called. Can't complain at all!

Amazing place.
This house was perfect for the 10 of us. There was plenty of room and the beds were cozy. The only issue we had was that one of the bathrooms' door didn't latch. But other than that the hot tub and everything was perfect.

This is the second time we have stayed at 3 Timber Lane. We love the house! Has everything we need. Very comfortable. Clean and well maintained. One thing missing is hooks by the hot tub for towels! Love this house and would stay here again!

Overall, good.
We enjoyed our stay but some of the housekeeping aspects were a little inadequate. For the number of people, 7 adults, 3 children, the basic neccessities like toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue and liquid soap in the kitchen were in limited supply. We had to buy our own. Both propane tanks for the barbeque grill were empty and the waffle maker already had a broken handle.

Great one level family home in North End of Sunriver
We really enjoyed this home. It was clean and overall a great house and floorplan that fit our entire family. The hot tub and home were extremely clean and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. We wish check in (5pm) and check out (10am) had not cut our days so much shorter than our normal stays in Sunriver, but have rented with Bennington many times over the years and would definitely recommend this home to anyone who enjoys a one level home and being a little farther away from the village. Great house!
