« We came up for the high school hockey holiday classic. My wife, son and I stayed here while the team was at a near by hotel within walking distance. Great location, with a rink and start to the River Skate Path right off the front porch. We intended to have the team over to skate, but the weather didn’t cooperate. They did come for a bonfire and outdoor potluck dinner. We enjoyed our two nights here. Lots of character, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. »

« Stayed here for mid-January ice fishing trip. Had all the amenities we needed to cook, clean up, relax and get a good night sleep. Proximity to Lake of the Woods is excellent, about a 5 minute drive up to Long Point. It was minus 20’s so we didn’t spend much time enjoying outside amenities, but the patio and fire pit areas looked inviting. We had a great stay. »

« We came up to do some fishing. Host let us drop off our trailers early. The heated garage was awesome to thaw out and store our fishing gear. Cabin was amazing. Nice and cozy. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Great cabin and location for fishing. Has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for big groups to spread out. Separate shed with sleeping quarters has sitting area and games so you can hang out. Beds are comfortable, which is very nice!! Overall great place! t »

« Had a great time here ice fishing. You are right next to springsteel resort with a plowed road. The home was spacious and host was responsive to feedback. The home was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again and would recommend. »

« A group of 6 adults (3 couples) stayed for a hockey tournament for 2 nights. Separate bedrooms for privacy, but great living area (kitchen/dining/living room) for gathering and fun. The host was super quick to respond, and very accommodating. We’d stay again - whether for hockey or a lake of the woods getaway in the winter or summer!And of course the convenience of the bar/restaurant is a major plus as well! Thanks for a great stay! »

« The property was well maintained and close to town. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager. The only complaint is that the 2 double beds are not very comfortable especially if you have 2 people sleeping in one. But for our short stay we made it work. »

« Private, clean, perfect for a family. Typically only allow a 2 night stay but they gave us a small discount for 1 night. It was definitely a bit high for 1 night, but other than the cost we thought it was perfect, hosts were great and allowed us an early check-in. Thank you! We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us to Roseau. »

« Fridge, stove, microwave were all dirty. Fridge and cupboards contained opened packages of food, and expired items. Judging from the food and personnal items in the bedroom and bath It seems like some one actually lives there, but wasn’t home while we were there. Very creepy. No TV, no wifi. No security. Front door didn’t even have a door knob.. »
