Hotel antigo, acomodações simples mas mto confortáveis e limpas. Funcionários atenciosos e educados, bom café da manhã, uma ótima localização pra passeio e compras. Com uma curta caminhada vc chega ao Shopping Cidade, na Rua Rio de Janeiro, ampliando suas opções de compras e alimentação. Recomendo!

Ponto alto para os funcionários da recepção que são atenciosos. Ponto fraco para as instalações do hotel porque precisam de reforma e a televisão que só funciona na TV Record deveria ter mais opções de canais.

A localização do hotel e excelente, o que peca são os quartos, um dos quartos estava com a pintura do teto descascando, e o outro quarto estava com um cheiro de mofo muito forte! Mas tirando isso, foi ótimo, o chuveiro uma delícia, o café da manhã top! Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestaram bons atendimentos!

Bom! Aos colaboradores nada a reclamar pois os mesmos não tem culpa! Já estive outras vezes no metrópole e sempre fiz uma ótima avaliação, contudo dessa vez ocorreu: quarto sem internet, Tv a cabo não funcionou, fui trocado de quarto Tv e internet ok, porém nesse novo quarto água não esquentou na segunda noite. Todo o hotel com paredes sujas, mofadas ou descascando, apenas 1 elevador funcionando, café da manhã já foi bem melhor tanto na variedade quanto no sabor. Pra não dizer que tudo foi ruim o colaborador Marcos excepcional. Falta alguém para gerenciar. Moto no interior mas se me convidar irei com prazer pois amo BH e pretendo voltar a morar ai

O hotel fica numa localização excelente. Alguns funcionários foram muito atenciosos, outros nem cumprimentavam. Acho que a qualidade dos quartos poderiam ser um pouco melhores e também não gostei muito do café da manhã, era bom mas acho que podia ter mais variedade

Foi razoável, o ponto super prático, o cafe da manhã ótimo, o atendimento ótimo, os funcionários super atenciosos. O quarto nao tem nada haver com as fotos. O chuveiro otimo, o colchão otimo, mas o quarto muito a quem, tv encostada em cima do armário escorada numa mesinha de cabeceira. Nao tinha mesinha de cabeceiras, a tomada era colada com a cabeceira da cama, tivemos que dormir com as coisas em cima da cama. Nao tinha cabide, nao tinha apoio para as malas. Mas serviu para a nossa necessidade que era tomar um bom banho e dormir numa cama boa, mas foi decepcionante ao chegar no hotel. Tem detalhes que o custo é baixo e iria valorizar muito.

Quando chegamos o quarto não tinha toalhas e nem sabonete, pedimos cama de casal que eram (duas camas de solteiro juntas), o Wi-Fi não funcionava, a água quente do chuveiro e pia demoravam muito pra aquecer, café da manhã dizia que acabava as 10h e antes das 10h já não tinha quase mais nada, geralmente nos hotéis a manteiga é individual e nesse hotel a manteiga era compartilhada. O quarto que os meus amigos ficaram parecia um cativeiro e a cama era dura e fazia barulho. A recepcionista da manhã uma escrota e mentirosa.
