"Fantastic place. It's not the hotel's fault, but anybody who's seen downtown Seattle after 9 pm knows you can't give above a 3 for "area around the property". It's what 80's sci-fi dystopia movies thought the late 90's would be like."

"We were on the 18th floor and the night view was awesome. The room was very modern and nice and clean. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. We ate at Adare's restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and it was really good. The bar in Adare's had grest margaritas on the rocks. One big plus was in there Market they have a microwave available for the guest."

"This is our third year returning and we weren’t disappointed! From start to finish the service, hospitality and comfort was amazing. If you get the chance to be served/ checked in by a gentleman named Logan, you’re in for a great time! Very conversational, personable and a great sense of humor. Be sure to order an espresso martini or a regular fancy coffee drink from him, one of the best we’ve had! I would recommend a room with a view, but even the rooms without have a pretty amazing view of the charm of pioneer square. We always feel safe and secure. The breaker is an extra $20, a little higher than previous years, but still worth it. Thank you! see yall again next year! "

"Traveled for work, great room for a solo trip"

"This place was great for a long layover in Seattle. It was a quick pickup after a phone call at the airport and and arrange a shuttle back for the flight the next morning. The staff was nice even as I landed at 9pm. Using a VIP expedia benefit I got a free appetizer at the restaurant across the parking lot and the food was excellent. Be forewarned the portions are huge- the app could definitely feed more people. "

"This boutique hotel was beautifully designed and appointed. There are so many details that set it apart from any other hotel I have been to (and the bed was quite comfy!). Nice location with two very nice restaurants attached, especially nice after a long day of work and all you want to do is take dinner to your room. Highly recommend! Be aware that the standard room is small though. "

"We were upgraded to a deluxe room but the fridge doesn't seem to work and there is no tub. Still a great room though!"

"Concierge was beyond accommodating and went out of their way to not only let us check-in EARLY early (we were only going to ask to store bags) but also let us keep the car in valet after checking out for a while longer. The room was fantastic, great bathroom setup, comfy bed, beautiful building. I will absolutely (and gladly) stay here again!"
