"This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided. The house had two wonderful outdoor second story decks with great views of the water and the ferry dock. Location was perfect, so convenient to ferry and market. Two things not great. "This property overall is as stated in the description. 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is equipped to accommodate a large party of people, including things to keep little children busy.The master bedroom suite is huge and all the other rooms are a good size & comfortable.There are a few things to take note of, because this is a rental the sofas on the main floor and lower level were stained ( both are beige), I took sheets and covered them prior to sitting.Some of the...

"Quick 2-night stay, couldn’t have been more comfortable. Ocean Beach (town) has everything (one would need for a Fire Island stay), yet the house is beautifully secluded away from it all. The house is well-cared for with delightful details. The view is wonderful. We had everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!"

"My friends, partner and I stayed over Columbus day weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the heated pool still being open, which was a huge highlight. The house was super clean and had everything you would need. We did have a minor issue with the hot water not working in the cottage, but other than that everything was great and we would defintely stay again!"

"We had a Fantastic time for our vacation weekend at the Crazy Coconut. The house is beautiful and everything is updated and brand new. The hosts were very friendly and so easy to communicate with. We hope to return many times and felt like welcomed guests as opposed to renters using the property. Highly recommend and Incredible view of the bay!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been perfect. The house is clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you could need. The garden is, for me, the best part and we had many nights BBQing, relaxing in the chairs and watching fireflies. The host is lovely and very responsive. The property location is great, there is lots to do in the local area and easy access to both the North and South Forks of the Hamptons. We can't wait to come again next year....

"Great location. Great house. Close to ocean and bay. House was fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could make large family meals. Two nice sized bedrooms. Third small bedroom had 4 bunk-style twin beds. Fourth bed was a loft accessible by ladder. "
