"I had a horrible day. Absolutely horrible. The lady who greeted me was nice and helpful. The room was clean and just what I needed. The halls were noisy with kids, not sure the rules on that. But, after the day I and possibly others had, we shouldnt have to put up with that. "

"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"

"My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Galvan Estate for two nights, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the house was. It was clear that the owners take great pride in their property. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the backyard. It was a beautiful space where we spent many hours relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. The fire pit was the perfect touch, keeping us warm as we gathered around in the evenings with our drinks, sharing stories and laughter under the stars. The owners and the property manager were incredibly pleasant to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Our kids were especially thrilled with the basketball court, which provided endless entertainment. It was fantastic to see them active and having fun in such a great outdoor setting. Overall, The Galvan Estate exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. "Property was convenient. It feels like a business hotel so I would have wished the copy center was open later or even that the hotel had some facilities for guests to use. Other than that it was great. "

"This is second time we've stayed at the property. As usual, staffs are always friendly. We've asked the front desk to see if it's possible to arrange to be on the same floor as our friends and they were happy to do so. They've also let us know that the new room they had available may be noisy as it faces the freeway. We really appreciate their effort in making the arrangement and warning about noise. Every was clean and cleaning staff came everyday. Breakfast was good but we wished that there were more vegetarian options available. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay at the same property again! "
