"The house was very nice and roomy lots of stairs do prepare for that but definitely getting your steps in. The area outside has homeless people in the park across the street but still we felt safe. The host resolved issues and answered questions very quickly, even in the early morning hours that was Great!"

"I always enjoy staying at Zaza in Museum district as I love walking to the museums. This trip I had a flat tire that was punctured by a nail, the concierge took care of it and it was fixed during my one night stay. I arrived after 5 pm and all tire shops near by were already closed. This was an experience of superior service. Zaza forever!"

"Being remodeled- clean, large rooms. The bed is comfy. Located close to the medical district, which is why I was staying there, but also located next to a storage facility and apartments. I’ve is only located on 3rd floor. A few things are missing - towel bars/hooks and a security lock on the door. Relatively small hotel, which I like. Nice area for breakfast and playing games or just hanging out. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Small parking lot, but parking is free. "
