The property is just steps from the ferry and shops. The views are amazing! The hosts were very helpful as the family all got split up with travel cancelations/delays and they were great to work with. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Our family of 8 stayed at the luxury penthouse and loved the view and location. Communication was outstanding with Orazio. I do recommend to bring your own pillows. Overall, wonderful place and incredible view of Lake Como.

Very comfortable, perfect location.
We were two couples, a total of four people and we loved this property. It was perfect for our stay in Bellagio with a great location and beautiful views from the windows and balcony's. It is in a perfect location for coffee shops, shopping, banking and only feet away from a terrific little Wine bar and restaurant across the alley.

Magnificent property !!
For our holiday we took our mother for her retirement to lake comp. This property ticked all the boxes . Only issue is the ductless air units had a hard time keeping up with the severe weather . Granted it was the hottest days the world has ever seen … the property is stunning easily sleeps 7 . Coming back .

Bellagio Penthouse Apartment
We had a fantastic stay at the Bellagio penthouse apartment! We had 4 to our party and the rooms were very comfortable for sleeping. The views from this apartment were magnificent! You could spend all day just looking out at the mountains and at Lake Como. The owner made us feel at home with a complimentary bottle of wine and nice snacks. The kitchen was well stocked. The refrigerator had water and other drinks. The apartment was in a perfect location to all the shops and restaurants and so close to the ferry. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Beautiful view and true to the photos
Location was amazing! I would definitely pack light as it is on the 4th floor and many stairs. There were a few things that needed more explanation, like how to exit the building. There is a button on the wall. The stand up shower was impossible to figure out but luckily there were two full baths. If bringing a car, parking can be difficult to find on the street during high season. Overall it was a beautiful spot with the ferry right outside your door!

Perfect location in Bellagio
A delightful 3 bedroom apartment directly across from the ferry in Bellagio has all the advantages of being in a beautiful location with access to all the towns along the lake (via ferry) plus lots of shopping and restaurants in the town center. Two balconies look out over the water and the apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms plus a simple kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are spacious as is the third bedroom with 3 single beds although adults have a bit of trouble with the pitch of the ceiling. This room is better suited to children. Check in and check out were a simple process and our host, Lydia, had lots of local suggestions to enrich our stay.

Wonderful family stay on Lake Como
The apartment was great and was easy to get checked in once we made it into Bellagio. The view is incredible and the rooms are great. It is 45 stairs up on the 3rd floor which was a little tiring for my parents who were travelling with us.......but pretty much everything in Bellagio is up some stairs. The only other issue was the dryer. It just didn't have enough power to dry clothes, so we ended up just using a laundrymat in town one time instead. It was quiet, private, and had everything we needed. Lake Como has more than enough to do to keep you busy all day long, so it was great to have a nice place close by to come home to every day.

Beautiful views BUT...
Beautiful views but: Air-conditioning did not cool even after they said they ce to look at it. Shower did not drain even after they said they came and looked at it. A LOT OF STEPS bothering inside and outside. On the positive side, the manager was very helpful finding a doctor for one of our party. Very great location.

Charming & Delightful Apartment with Fantastic views!
Splendor is a luxurious, tastefully decorated, charming apartment with fantastic views! The bathrooms are recently renovated, everything was immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner even left us a bottle of wine and some local cookies upon arrival -such a welcoming touch! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening with a bottle of wine and some bread and cheese while we watched the boats on the water and enjoyed the sunsets over the mountains. It is very centrally located but yet feels very private. We highly recommend this rental. The property manager Lidia was also a doll! She was available and very helpful for our questions. We would absolutely return to this rental if we are lucky enough to return to Bellagio again!

We are a family of 5 that spent 2 weeks traveling through Italy and Switzerland ending our vacation in Lake Como/Bellagio. What we loved: the location and size of this apartment were fantastic. Right across from the ferry and close to restaurants and shops. Very safe area and felt very comfortable having our 19/14 year old daughters explore on their own. What we didn’t like: air conditioning was lacking. Family room had no air conditioning and the master bedroom barely worked. The other 2 bedrooms worked perfectly. Amenities were lacking. All the other air B&Bs or VRBOs included coffee and other items. This did not. Communication- was lacking. Was given the address but no instructions on what to do upon arrival. You have to walk up the steps on the left side of the building (about 20 steps)and then enter through the metal gate on right. Main door is on the backside of the building. Apartment is on top floor. Overall I would rate a 3.5 based on location/Views and size

Great Location!
The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy Bellagio and take the ferry to other towns on the lake. Check in with Lidi was wonderful. She met us at the ferry, showed the apartment and gave great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. She responded quickly when we had questions later in the trip. The apartment is very spacious, plenty of room for 5 adults. Wish there was more comfortable seating in the main living room, it had only one sofa. We were out of the apartment enjoying wonderful Lake Como most of time, so it was not a big issue. Would diffently stay there again.
