"Our family stay at this home was absolutely PERFECT! We had 4 generations in the home for our daughter's wedding, which was held right next door. We couldn't have picked a more convenient location for our stay. We all walked down to the venue at times.We loved all the amenities as well, the house was STOCKED with everything! Really enjoyed the fire pit each evening out on the front porch, such a memorable time, thank you Sally~"

"In an age of "Live Laugh Love" vacation rentals -- every property a generic flip, done up in neutral tones and mass-manufactured message art -- it was so refreshing to enter the Cabin Skowhegan, where everything seemed like a real live person had put it there. The photos of local sites, sometimes captioned. The worn-in but sturdy and inviting furniture, arranged for comfort.
