"The front covered screen porch with the chairs and table was perfect, especially through the thunder and lightning storm. The setting was perfect. The stained glass window in the dining area is breathtaking. Maybe it's because I just like older houses like this. The huge back porch with chairs and the parking area was perfect. "What a charming place! The two bedrooms were large and comfortable. The two walk in showers were great. Kitchen was modern and well appointed. The area was quiet and peaceful. We only stayed two nights and were gone most of the day but our time there was fantastic. Thank you."

"My father was having a major surgery in Augusta that was the purpose of our 3 day stay. We just used it as a place to sleep & rest in between hospital visits. Our basic needs were met. I just think it should be mentioned that there is a lock door in the middle of the house connected to another side of the house which appears to be the owners office during the day (which is fine & for me personally it wasn’t an issue but my mom was very uncomfortable with the door). "This was our first experience with a rental house and it was absolutely amazing! All if us enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the comfort of the rooms and the country feel. Seeing the horses, playing with the dogs, and the most confortable beds to sleep on! Such a pleasure to stay at the Mimosa Cottage Farm! We loved it and ca not wait ti return!! "

"This home has lots of character. Lots of windows and a good heater. The kitchen has plenty of counter space.I came in late on my first night and could not use the key pad - it was too dark....porch light not on. Plus, I had not received the code. There appears to be communication issues between Vrbo USA and Vrbo Canada. I got in the next day. No email information had been shared. "Normally we come to Augusta for my son’s swim meets twice a year and stay in a hotel but this year we decided to try a VRBO for more room. We are so glad we did. The property is very clean and spacious and the owner was easy to communicate with before the stay. We will book again next year. "
