"Very clean property. Perfect for 2 couples. Conveniently located near downtown Paso (walking distance) and the vineyards. There is quite a bit of street noise, but the host provides sound machines. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent stay in San Simeon. The condo is right on the water. You can hear the waves crashing at night. The place was very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The only complaints we have is having to use a key and a front door that auto locks and not having a code to unlock the door. We locked ourselves out one time. Also we arrived at night and trying to figure out how to get through the doors/garage to the actual unit was confusing. And...

"The property manager was very helpful. Communicated well from beginning to end. The rental property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen. Just bring your own food!! Views are incredible. Lots of wildlife.. sea lions, seals, and sea otters. Lots of birds too!! Couldn’t ask for a better location. Decorating is beachy. Just too many great things to say about this property. We will be back!!!"
