"Just checked out of Alpenhof this morning . What an amazing stay we had . The room we booked was large with its own sitting area and balcony. The view was spectacular. It’s close to the train station so connecting to amenities is convenient. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the area- especially Maria- thank you for everything! Stay at the alpenhof, you won’t be disappointed. "

"This trip exceeded all our expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were prompt when our travel plans were delayed and we were entering late. Breakfast had such a variety and was great every morning especially seeing the view. We had 2 different rooms due to a booking error that was our fault, however they were very attentive in informing us and were very accommodating. We’d cannot wait to come again and stay w/ our framiloes!"

"Great location as it’s right across the main bus terminal and Grindelwald train station. Room was a bit tight to open 2 big luggages on the floor. Other than this, everything was expected and room has a bath. Nice breakfast buffet."
