"It was a beautiful, amazing, fairy tale like place and very gorgeous. The festival of Lights made it more beautiful. All friendly staff except for the front desk that very rude and gave us no information. Unfortunately the Catacomb tour was booked. Definitely will come back again"

Location is terrific, right next to the Village and quick access to BB Boulevard to get to ski parking. Would definitely stay again"

"Beautiful view, spacious room, sofa bed is more comfortable than the hotels that we stayed. The only thing I didn’t like is the odor of the room. Not sure if that was from previous guests cooking."

"The hotel was exceptional in meeting my needs. My only irritant is the cost of parking as I was checking into the hotel. I am not used to going on vacation and checking into a hotel and being asked if I have a car that needs a parking. Silly me for not walking from Idaho! "
