Place was okay. It was clean. Which matters a lot, but smelled funky and ppl there, mainly refinery workers had women come in with slcphol bottles and they weren't even there, more like a hooker coming in

Upon arrival after traveling I used the towels in the bathroom to take a shower. After attending my event when I returned to the hotel, I asked for towels to have clean towels for my next shower. The lady at the front desk told me I had to come and turn the towels in from my room before I could have clean towels. I let her know I'm never returning.

The tub was clogged the day we checked in, we let the front desk clerk know about the situation and he advised us that he will make a report to send someone the next day to check it out. When we got back the next day nothing was done and it was still clogged. We let Front desk clerk Jasem know and he said someone did check it. This morning when we checked out the other clerk Danna said they never made a report to go check the room out.. overall there was no solution. And the tub stayed clogged. Very unhappy with my stay and will never stay there again.
