"The Young ladies working the front desk were friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and spacious with gas fireplace ready to be used. Housekeeping is great. The lodge is located in a good area near all eateries and tubing locations for families. Great place, we will be back again. "

"It was a beautiful, amazing, fairy tale like place and very gorgeous. The festival of Lights made it more beautiful. All friendly staff except for the front desk that very rude and gave us no information. Unfortunately the Catacomb tour was booked. Definitely will come back again"

"Front desk was very accommodating to quickly get us into a better room when the shower did not drain. Joe was responsive and understanding and set us up nicely in a bigger space. Location is terrific, right next to the Village and quick access to BB Boulevard to get to ski parking. Would definitely stay again"
